Refund policy

30 DAY RETURN

At ULFR Unleashed, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of receiving your order. 

If you change your mind or simply aren’t happy for any reason, you can return your unopened product. Please note that ULFR Unleashed does not cover the cost of shipping for the returned product, and any amount already paid by the customer for the initial shipping of the item from ULFR Unleashed is non-refundable.

How to submit a return request

 To request a return, contact us at ulfrunleashed@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be unopened and in their original condition. 

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected.
